Accomplishments
Presenting a united front to city officials has brought us success in getting our share of city revenues for projects which benefit our neighborhood (as well as the city as a whole.) Some neighborhood improvement projects which we have fostered include the following:
With diligent efforts throughout 2004 and 2005, our association was successful in securing a sound wall to be included in the upcoming renovation of Highway 101.
The beautiful new facilities at Ryder Park, and upgrades in Harborview Park and amenities throughout the Shoreview recreation area were realized through our advocacy as well.
